30-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a paid FraudShield plan, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Who is eligible
- paid subscriptions purchased directly through FraudShield.
- Refund requests submitted within 30 days of the first successful payment.
- Requests sent by the account owner or an authorized billing contact.
How to request a refund
Email support@fraudshield.live from your account email.
Include the reason for the request so the billing team can locate the charge quickly.
What is not covered
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- Renewal charges after the first 30-day period has passed.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
